1.1 This website is owned by MB Ball Hard's Den. Ball Hard's Den was founded in December, 2021 by Mantas also known as Ball Hard . Ball Hard's Den acts as a middleman for Runescape - both RS3 and OSRS - players who sell and buy various in-game items - gold, accounts, and power leveling services.

2.1 Customer's identification documents and information that has been sent to us would not be disclosed by our agent to third parties unless they have been a fraud or any issue in the payment.

6. Customers under the age of 18

7.2 Ball Hard's Den will not refund customers if your account has been banned on Runescape for Real World Trading offence. We do not have any RWT related bans on any of our accounts or customers.
